How old do I have to be to rent a car?
The minimum age is 23 years. You must have held a valid Class B driver’s license for at least three years. International driver’s licenses for passenger vehicles are accepted.
How does the booking process work?
Select your preferred vehicle and rental period using our booking tool and enter your details. If the vehicle is unavailable, you will receive a notification. After reviewing your information, we will send you either a booking confirmation or a follow-up message within 24 hours.
Can I register an additional driver?
Yes, that is possible. The additional driver must meet the same requirements and be included in the rental contract. A personal signature on-site is required.
How can I pay the security deposit?
The deposit can be paid in cash, by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), or in advance via bank transfer.
When and how do I pay the rental fee?
Payment can be made by credit card, in cash, or via bank transfer. It is due no later than when returning the vehicle.
How does vehicle pickup and return work?
The vehicle will be handed over at a previously agreed location – either at our location or a preferred address by arrangement.
What insurance is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes fully comprehensive insurance with a deductible. Some credit cards offer additional coverage – please check the terms of your card.
What happens if damage occurs during the rental period?
Please inform us immediately. The insurance covers damages as long as there is no gross negligence.
Can I drive the vehicle abroad?
Our vehicles may be used in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Travel to other countries is only permitted with prior approval and under certain conditions.
